Summer Sport Looking Strong
Summer sports are well underway and teams are particularly strong for Cricket, Tennis and Water Polo, looking forward to the PSA competition in Term 1 2010.
Two Generations of Canteen Rosters
Fifty years after enjoying her first canteen duty, Christ Church grandmother Rosemary Hodder has officially done her last duty as her grandson Ben finishes Year 12. But keen to stay involved in the School, and despite no longer having any sons or grandsons at the School, she said she would be happy to help out in the future if there weren’t enough mothers available.
Operation Christmas Child 2009
The boys, staff and family have done it again! This year CCGS donated 101 boxes to Operation Christmas Child, exceeding last year’s total of 65 boxes.
Prefects 2010
Prefects elected to lead the School in 2010 made individual pledges and were presented with distinguishing ties at the Senior School assembly.
School Farewells Class of 2009
The annual Year 12 Valedictory Assembly was an opportunity for staff, students and family members to give a formal farewell to the Class of 2009.
More Mural Fun in the Prep School
After the success of last term’s mural in the Prep School undercroft, artist in residence Paula Hart has been back for more fun and colour with the boys, this time bringing life to the exterior walls near the Blue Web.
