More Mural Fun in the Prep School
After the success of last term’s mural in the Prep School undercroft, artist in residence Paula Hart has been back for more fun and colour with the boys, this time bringing life to the exterior walls near the Blue Web.
The boys from Pre-Primary to Year 3 have been involved in the latest mural, painting the colourful background and drawing machinery which Paula has used for inspiration to blend the air conditioner units into the scene – in fact, giving these air conditioner units a life of their own!
Director of the Early Learning Centre, Barbara Bosich, said the boys had really enjoyed being involved in the mural. “It has really enlivened that area of the school as a play base,” she said. “And the boys love having a permanent fixture that they have contributed to.”
