Teaching staff

We encourage communication between parents and teachers to foster a strong relationship to support the boys to achieve their best.

Preparatory School

The main person to contact if you have any feedback or concerns, is your son’s classroom teacher. Call the Preparatory Office on 9442 1666 and your call will be redirected or a message taken.

Senior School

In the Senior School, the first point of contact is your son’s tutor. Call Reception on 9442 1555 and your call will be redirected. Phone contact is the preferred method of communication in the first instance. If tutors are unavailable, they will always attempt to call you back within 24 hours of receiving your message. Your son’s tutor will then liaise with his subject teachers.

Medical Certificates

Absence from a scheduled assessment task in Years 10, 11 and 12 due to illness or injury must be ratified by a medical certificate (issued by a medical practitioner (not a pharmacist) other than a family member), submitted directly to the Studies Office within 48 hours of the day of the assessment. Medical Certificates can be emailed to studies@ccgs.wa.edu.au.
