  • Student presentation standards – get ready for Term 3

A long, eleven-week term comes to an end tomorrow with some uncertainty about exactly how Term 3 may look. It was disappointing this week to cancel the House Teams Carnival and we look forward to running this in Term 3. Most of us are optimistic that we will return after the break to face-to-face learning and our full program will be up and running. If not, teachers are prepared for the remote learning environment and we will modify all other programs to meet government guidelines.

This term there has been a lot of feedback regarding student presentation, and I am seeking your support to ensure all boys are well-groomed and meet our presentation standards when they return in Term 3. Tomorrow you will receive a detailed email outlining our expectations and information on Student Presentation and the Student Hair Guidelines.

As we conclude the Semester, it is always important to reflect on what has been achieved. To that end, I encourage all families to take the time and review the student reports when they arrive in the first week of the holidays. The report outcomes should be considered in light of the goals set earlier in the year in addition to the adjustments and new plans put in place for Semester 2.

I wish all families a restful and enjoyable break.
