Christ Church boys excel during Da Vinci Decathlon

Years 5 to 10 boys recently put on a great show at the Da Vinci Decathlon, hosted at the University of Western Australia. The competition is designed to challenge and stimulate the minds of school students.
The teams were selected, comprising eight boys each, to compete in challenges across 10 disciplines: engineering, mathematics and chess, code breaking, art and poetry, science, english, ideation, creative producers, cartography and legacy.
The two Preparatory School teams placed third overall, earning bronze medals (Christ Church was the only school to have boys place in both the Year 5 and 6 division), the Year 7 team placed second, the Year 8 team placed third and the Years 9 and 10 teams placed first.
