Each year, our prefects and staff participate in the World’s Greatest Shave – a wonderful initiative to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation. This year, our Greatest Shave team has doubled in size, so the lunchtime haircuts spanned over two days. This year four staff members and 24 students participated in the event and so far, with the support of our generous community, Team CCGS 2024 has smashed their fundraising goal of $25,000 by $10,000 – a fantastic result and a significant contribution to the fight against blood cancer.

Coming together for significant experiences not only strengthens the impact we can make as a school, but also helps to build strong, meaningful connections between students and staff, and our wider community. It’s been wonderful to see the donations and messages of thanks and support pour in in the lead-up to this event.
