Published on: 28 October 2021
The Christ Church community gathered the Chapel on Tuesday morning to honour the graduating Class of 2021 at their final assembly.
Speaking at the beginning of the assembly, Principal Alan Jones congratulated the boys on their academic and co-curricular achievements, thanking them for being exceptional role models.
Academic and merit prizes were awarded to boys who excelled throughout the year with Dux of the School, Harry Davison-Petch being awarded the Rosalie Helen Parry Memorial Prize this year.
Guest of Honour and long-serving teacher Mr Simon Hunn delivered an inspirational speech that encouraged boys to treasure the lasting memories of their time at Christ Church and to follow one simple creed as they go forth into the world; ‘to treat others as you wish to be treated yourself’.
During the evening, the Valedictory Service and Dinner provided the boys, parents and staff a final opportunity to celebrate their time at Christ Church.
