Last week, the School proudly hosted the Senior School Art Exhibition, a vibrant celebration of our students’ creative talents. This year’s theme, ILLUMINARE—the Italian word for “illuminate”—captured the evening’s essence, showcasing over 750 student works that brightened the Senior School Art Department’s gallery spaces.

Attendees were treated to a showcase of the Year 12 Media students’ films on the big screen in the Chapel, which was followed by award presentations. Family, students, friends and staff then had time to explore the exhibition.

Over the year, the students engaged with a diverse array of art forms, featuring interactive contemporary pieces, photography, graphics, films, and installations, alongside traditional practices such as drawing, painting, ceramics, and sculpture. The exhibition was a testament to the dedication and hard work our students have poured into their artistic pursuits this year.

The exhibition runs until Friday 15 November with the community invited to view from 8.00am to 4.30pm each weekday.

Thank you to the amazing Art teachers, who go above and beyond with all students.
