Preparatory boys capture the Christmas spirit
Published on: 27 November 2015
This morning, the boys from Pre-Primary to Year 2 presented their nativity play to a Chapel full of excited and proud family members. The play, entitled The Littlest Angel, was beautifully performed by all boys.
Head of Preparatory School Richard Wright thanked the boys and acknowledged their hard work and lovely singing voices.
The boys thanked a range of ‘special people’ for their hard work in making this year’s nativity play possible, including Mrs Kerry Maddern, Mrs Tina Dewberry, the teachers and education assistants and most importantly, Miss Sarah Seaman.
The nativity play was the first event in the School’s annual program of Christmas celebrations. On Wednesday night, School Chaplain the Reverend Canon Frank Sheehan will welcome the School community to the Christmas Carol Service in the School Chapel at 7.30pm.
Father Frank also invites the school community to attend the Christmas Eve services, which include the annual Frank Sheehan Nativity Play, to be held at 10.00am on Christmas Eve. A Christmas communion service will also be held at 8.00pm.
