Stirling claim first cross country win

Boys from Years 3 to 6 took part in the House Cross Country Carnival last week, earning points for their respective House with top runners earning bonus points for finishing within the top 10.
Stirling House took out their first cross country victory under the lead of Miss Henry with 739 points, followed by Giles (735 points), Dale (630 points), and Forrest (332 points).
“Not only did Stirling prevail on the course, but their sportsmanship and unrivalled House spirit lead to their winning of the CCGS Spirit Shield” says Sportsmaster, Brady Leckie.
This year’s Champion boys
Year 3 – Ben Macgregor (Champion boy) and Siddharth Bavan (Runner-up)
Year 4 – Alfie Mill (Champion boy) and Jake Smethurst (Runner-up)
Year 5 – Jonah Hanikeri (Champion boy) and Jakob Akhlil (Runner-up)
Year 6 – James Appelyard (Champion boy) and Nathan Huang (Runner-up)
