Prep Students win Gold and Bronze in IPSHA Speakers’ Challenge

The IPSHA Junior Speakers’ Challenge was held at Wesley College on Tuesday night and Christ Church Grammar School was represented by two Year 4 boys: Oscar Harrison (4TR) and Gideon van Niekirk (4JS). Oscar and Gideon delivered exceptional speeches in the preliminary rounds and both boys progressed to the final.
Oscar, with his speech titled, ‘My Cat is a Spy’ received a bronze medal and Gideon, with his speech titled, ‘The Toughest Job in the World’ was awarded the gold medal. Oscar and Gideon confidently delivered their speeches using excellent intonation, expression, and gestures to inform and entertain their audiences.
