This final of the Sunsmart WA School Surfing Titles was held at the end of Term 3. Twenty six schools competed for the senior surfing, junior surfing, senior bodyboarding and junior bodyboarding crowns.

The final of the junior boys’ bodyboarding saw Harry Cranswick and Sam Rifici surfing brilliantly in windy overhead conditions to defeat Bunbury Senior High School. As a result, the boys became state champions. Christ Church now has the title of the WA Champion School in junior bodyboarding.
