The Christ Church rowing community came together on Sunday for the annual House Rowing Regatta. More than 200 people converged on the rowing sheds for a fun and family-oriented event which gave boys their first taste of racing for an exciting season ahead.

Moyes won the House Eight Final in a very close competition. The Challenge Eights was won by the old boys’ crew with the Year 12 crew in second place.

Congratulations to Ben Boultbee who was announced Captain of Boats for the upcoming season. Vice Captains are Charlie James and Jack Preston.

Two new boats were christened during the event – the Tom Mears and Keith Henderson.
