Christ Church recently hosted its New Parent Dinners for both the Preparatory and Senior School. Principal Alan Jones and Chair of the School Council, Chris Stavrianou, warmly welcomed new families. The events gave families a wonderful opportunity to connect and begin building relationships within the School community.
Guests enjoyed a selection of canapés on the lawn, followed by a delicious two-course dinner in Manjar Square. The evening fostered a relaxed yet meaningful atmosphere, allowing parents to engage with staff and fellow families.
Halina Dorward, Director of Advancement, shared, “Parents are at the heart of our school. We are delighted to welcome new families into the Christ Church community and support their integration into our vibrant school life.”
At Christ Church, parent involvement plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and successful educational environment. The School prioritises building strong partnerships between parents, staff, and students, knowing that collaboration between home and school is essential for a child’s success.
The New Parent Dinners highlight how Christ Church ensures new families feel a strong sense of belonging from the start. This approach sets the stage for an enriching and supportive experience throughout their time at the School.
