David Stewart - obituary
Andrew David Halsted Stewart (1959) was variously known as an eye surgeon, musician and buffalo breeder. He was a pilot, diver, accomplished sportsman, surf lifesaver and popular raconteur. David died in December 2015 following a tragic mountain bike accident in New Zealand in April 2015, which left him severely paralysed.
