Chris Shellabear (1974), Principal of Shellabears Real Estate – WA’s oldest family real estate business, reports having moved offices to 575 Stirling Highway, Cottesloe. It is the third move in Shellabears’ 90-year history having been originally at St Georges Terrace and Pier Street in Perth, and for the past 37 years on Stirling Highway in Nedlands. Chris said the new property used to be Johansen Shipwrights where many of the timber boats that graced the Swan River were originally built.

“It is fantastic to be part of the Cottesloe Village and we can now see Shellabears extending into the fourth generation in this new location,” he said.
