Ned Brophy-WilliamsNed Brophy-Williams (2005) reports that after spending three years working and completing a PhD at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS), he has moved up the road to start a new job as a physiologist at the NSW Institute of Sport. Ned will be providing sports science services to an array of sports including water polo, hockey, cycling, triathlon and track and field athletes. Moving to Sydney will bring him closer to brother Sam (2002), who is currently undertaking paediatrics training at the Sydney Children’s Hospital. Late last year, Ned was lucky enough to have fellow old boys from the Class of 2005, Andrew Simpson, Michael Hall and Matt Boyce, visit him in Canberra and head out of town to ‘climb’ Mount Kosciuszko.
