Richard recently returned to the Christ Church Music Department to review teaching practices and techniques to take to his new school in New York. Spending time with current students, particularly the Jazz Combo, Richard thoroughly enjoyed his time ‘jamming’.

Richard was Captain of Music in 2007, continued his studies at WAAPA and spent three years with the West Australian Opera Company before moving to the USA on a scholarship.

Richard has recently been appointed as the Head of the Middle and Upper School Music Program at Browning School in the Upper East Side, New York. Browning School is also a member of the International Boys’ School Coalition as is Christ Church.
