Last October we launched our new website and directory, hosted by a company called Potentiality. One feature of the Potentiality system is a hosted footy tipping competition, which is popular with other school alumni organisations. In the past two weeks, you would have received an invitation sent by Potentiality to join the 2015 footy tipping competition.

Unfortunately, some members thought the invitation was an email scam, as it came directly from Potentiality and not from the Old Boys’ Office. I apologise for any confusion and hope that if you are interested in footy tipping, you join the competition, available on our home page at oldboys.ccgs.wa.edu.au.

Our website also includes a Bulletin Board on which you can post notices and have discussions. From time to time we will post notices on the Board, such as, changes to swimming pool opening hours. We have now included a quick link to the Bulletin Board on our homepage for ease of access.

We would like all our members to be registered in our directory, please do so by following the steps below;

1. Visit our homepage (oldboys.ccgs.wa.edu.au).

2. Click on the Register button (top right-hand side).

3. Fill in the information including name, peer year and date of birth.

4. If the data matches you will automatically proceed to the registration page. If there is not a match, please contact the Old Boys’ Office for assistance (9442 1528).

• Update your contact details

• Promote your business

• Search forthcoming events in our calendar

• Book events

• Read the latest Chronicle and The Mitre

• Invite your CCGS friends to join
