Jim DavisonJim Davison (1951) was on our register as a ‘lost’ old boy when he visited school during the first week of term in February 2016! After leaving school in 1951 Jim worked on the West Australian as a cadet journalist for two years before national service with the airforce, after which time he and his mate decided to travel the world. First stop was Canada and over 50 years later Jim is still there, retired in a town named Coldwater, 140 kms north of Toronto, Ontario. Jim has two children and six grandchildren in Canada so isn’t planning a permanent move home but thinks he might be back next January to attend an ‘Unflappables’ BBQ. He was senior boarding prefect in 1951 and remembers the staff and students of his year very well.
